Kare is published and operated by Aeverce. By downloading, installing, subscribing to, or using the Kare mobile application, website, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

2. What Kare Does
Kare is a personal challenge, routine, and habit follow-through app designed to help you build consistency and work toward your wellbeing goals. It lets you choose and follow routines and challenges, complete and personalize daily actions, track hydration and progress streaks, add optional measurements and notes, and take optional proof or progress photos.
Paid access or an active subscription is required to start, customize, or restart challenges. Available challenges, routines, tasks, and features may evolve over time.
3. Health and Wellbeing Notice
Kare is designed to support personal wellbeing, motivation, and positive habit tracking. It is not a medical, nutritional, mental-health, fitness, or emergency service, and does not provide medical or health diagnosis, professional advice, or treatment.
Always use your own judgment and consult a qualified healthcare professional before making substantial changes to your exercise, diet, hydration, sleep, or wellbeing routines, especially if you have an underlying medical condition, injuries, or are pregnant. Do not rely on Kare in any medical or health emergency.
4. Your Account
An authentication account (such as Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In) is required to access and use Kare. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must be at least 13 years of age, or the minimum legal age required in your country, to create an account and use the service.
5. Paid Plans, Subscriptions, and Billing
Kare offers premium features and challenge access via in-app subscriptions through authorized app stores (Apple App Store and Google Play Store).
- Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Management & Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- Refunds: All purchases and refunds are processed and governed directly by the respective platform (Apple App Store or Google Play) under their standard terms and policies.
6. Your Challenge Content and Photos
You retain full ownership of and responsibility for the content you add to Kare, including custom tasks, notes, journal entries, hydration logs, measurements, and photos.
You agree to upload only content that you own or have the full right to use, and not to submit any unlawful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or rights-infringing content.
All proof and progress photos you save in Kare are strictly private to your account. They are not published publicly or made available for other Kare users to view.
7. Notifications and Device Permissions
Kare may request device permissions to send notifications (for habit reminders) or access the camera/photo library (when you choose to attach progress pictures). You can grant, deny, or modify these permissions at any time in your device settings. Denying permissions may make specific optional features unavailable.
Kare does not request access to your contacts, geolocation, microphone, or background physical activity sensors.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Kare for any illegal, unauthorized, or fraudulent purpose;
- Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the integrity or security of the service;
- Bypass, disable, or circumvent paid access controls or subscription verifications;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any other user's account, data, or private photos;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service, except where permitted by applicable law.
9. Intellectual Property
Kare, its brand, logos, visual designs, interfaces, and software code are the intellectual property of Aeverce or its licensors. These terms grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use Kare for your own personal, non-commercial use. Your personal challenge logs and user content remain yours.
10. Availability and Limitation of Liability
We strive to provide a reliable and continuous service, but Kare is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. The service may occasionally be interrupted for updates, maintenance, or technical reasons.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aeverce and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable local law.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. When changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this document. Continued use of Kare after updated terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
